Welcome to Hufft Marchand Hospitality! We are excited for you to become a part of our journey, which started in 2011 with a humble food truck. The food truck was a success, and five years later we opened The Overpass Merchant and Curbside Burgers in Baton Rouge. Junior’s on Harrison, our first New Orleans restaurant, opened in 2019. In 2021, Gail’s Fine Ice Cream was born from an ice cream window that opened to the street. It was such a hit that we opened a second Gail's in 2022.

HMH was built on our 3-C Philosophy: Customers, Consistency, and Cleanliness. Without these values, we cannot grow. We're very excited for you to join us and we look forward to meeting you!
